Allowing you to feel connected to YOU!
Creating space within your body and mind, all to help enable you to heal and feel brighter/lighter
Then come and join us for a 90 minute session with a difference, helping you to increase your focus, intention and wellbeing.
Starting with 45 minutes of GiGong
• Increase mobility
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve focus and concentration
• Increase sleep
• Reduce pain
Followed by 45 minutes of Restorative Yoga
• Chance to pause, rest and slow down
• Connection with self, bringing more awareness
• Helps release tension/tightness/stress/pain
• Deep conscious healing breaths
• Calming soothing nourishing
This will hope to not only re-energize but also relax too
Held monthly, (other dates tbc)
Ample parking, lovely light and spacious hall
Just bring along a Yoga mat/something to lie on, cushion and blanket and join us for what hopes to be a lovely treat for you all.
